What?

As part of a school project, I built a Stratocaster guitar using a pre-manufactured body and neck.

How?

I started by sanding the body, then stained it and applied a clear coat. To complete the body, I embedded electronics inside and soldered the power cable in. I sanded the neck, glued the fretboard, inserted frets, and used a laser cutter to engrave my signature onto the neck. I then installed the strings to make it a functional guitar. Throughout the project, I used multiple hand tools as well as automated tools like the laser cutter.

Results

The guitar was completed successfully with a custom engraved headstock and playable quality, demonstrating both craftsmanship and engineering precision.
